Insurance for Your Tenants
Not only can we help with your landlord insurance, but Think Safe Insurance can also help your tenants with their renter’s insurance. It offers 3 main coverages: Liability, Personal Property, and Loss of Use. These are important for your tenants, but many don’t know who to contact and how affordable it really is. If you require your tenants to have insurance or if they ask, we hope you can recommend us. We are happy to help.
Canine Liability / Dog Liability
If your tenants have a dog, make sure that they have the proper dog liability insurance. Not all renter’s policies cover dogs, and those that do often have lower limits. We have a specific dog liability insurance policy that can cover almost any dog – even those on the restricted breed list or with a bite history.
